DZ Enterprises Limited has entered into a contractual joint venture with Rayner AAM Limited, a company also registered in Hong Kong, for the management of the supply of petroleum products into China.
Rayner's role is to source the products and to manage the deliveries on a CIF basis into China. DZ Enterprises Limited's role in the joint venture with Rayner AAM Limited is to provide funding, sales, marketing and logistics support for the importation of the oil products into China. DZ Enterprises Limited is very well funded for this joint venture. DZ Enterprises Limited currently has contracts in place with major refineries in China. |
